- Time Frame: You may return items within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after this period.
- Condition: The salt lamp must be in its original condition, including packaging, tags, and any included accessories. It should be unused and undamaged.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Used or damaged salt lamps.
- Products not purchased directly from Khursheed Himalayan Salt.
